Looking at the camshaft specs from your link these should rock the mid-range through redline. I would buy these if I wasn't boosting. Good luck with the sale, Smith | | | 09-28-2014, 06:29 PM | #4 | Member Join Date: Nov 2013 Location: Chicago Posts: 82 | Quote: Originally Posted by Marv17 Just curious. Thought these would be nice to put into the drift project of my 98 ti but never got it running. **maximum high end power, it says for the cams | | | 09-28-2014, 07:10 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2007 Location: LA, Bellflower, CA Posts: 3,613 | If I still had the m44 motor I would definitely have gotten these. It'd push up to hp to a 2.8 level, perhaps. __________________ -Theta Chi- Float like a cadilac, sting like a BIMMER .... my socket is just too thick and won't fit in the hole! damnit! If you installed the Titanium Hayabusa race valve springs you would never have a valve float not even with a money shift. The R&D on the Busa springs was amazing, they were stable at 25,000rpm per Metric Mechanic and I was the first to Road test them with similar cams you are selling. The cam profile has more duration which is the time a valve is open, the more duration you can run stable the more time you cylinder has to fill or empty it's combustion charge. I give these cams a thumbs up.
