Exclamation ABS light

So today i was cruising around in my TI and the ABS light goes on.
SO I turn off the car and the light turns off but once I hit 20mph it comes back on.
Any ideas of what might be causing the ABS light to go on?

lol, our cars must be related i was driving my car home from work and i wasnt even going 10 mph and all of a sudden my ABS light came on. Ive checked the fluid and it seems good, nothing seems to be wrong with my braking system. So I tried it to autozone, advanced auto and anything of that nature and no one has an old enough OBD computer to read it. So i then went to a local mechanic to ask him to plug it in to see what was wrong and he said once he touches a finger on my car hes going to start charging me 89.99 and hour. Now that im up here in tallahassee going to college i cant afford it.

Maybe someone wouldnt mind letting me borrow their scanner for a couple days, I will pay for shipping. ... I want to figure out whats wrong.

No, i havent done that yet im leaving for class right now and ill check and see if thats the problem! thanks.

I have also read that it might be a problem with the traction control and if you just got brand new tires or your tires have low tread that could be the problem too! I know i need front tires soon i hope its one of these problems. Thanks again
