Default Dual Stromung w/catback HELP!

I'm thinking about purchasing a dual tip for my 98ti, but i believe they only have a single tip only.

If i get a dual tip stromung will it be easy setup?

Plus, what is the best full exhaust for the car? I would want to have that weld into the stromung which, i think stromung doesn't have a full catback (Just the tip, right?)

Thanks!
