I wouldn't pay 6500 for a 318ti under most circumstances. That said, the value of the DASC and the fact it is install and functioning narrows the gap. Then again its has > 200k miles. I'd pay maybe 5000 and feel good about it. | | | 10-19-2016, 12:55 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: SoCal Posts: 702 | ^^^ x2 Same, priced too IMO especially with the rust, nice Ti for sure, owner seems to have put a lot into it, but not sure if its worth the 6.5k. Seems like a cool cruiser, not sure how it would handle the canyon __________________ ***328ti Build thread. *** Even more important: SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! What do we the Ti'ers value a pristine, one owner, garage kept well maintained example? The unicorn, m-sport less than 80k. Surely more than a swapped or boosted ti, no? (Also, just noticed the rear bumper..that's not sport) Last edited by BRADESTAR; 10-19-2016 at 04:22 AM. Lets say NOT a rare color. I would venture it would be far less for the 318ti of similar condition. The problem is the car was seen as a commuter and affordable entry level car. | | | 10-19-2016, 06:53 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: SoCal Posts: 702 | Quote: Originally Posted by BRADESTAR This gets me thinking. I have had my 318ti for four years and three of them trying to sell it/ trade it, etc . But nothing gets me the practicality, mpg, fun factor and tons of support the 318ti does compared to anything out there for under 3k. My ti hasn't let me down, and I have beat on it, changed parts just to try it and it takes everything and moves on. Now its become more of an attachment to this specific car then to even 318ti's in general, I still find the rear to be awkward looking. So just for me, I wouldn't even be looking to buy a pristine car. __________________ ***328ti Build thread. *** Even more important: SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE!
