Many of you might have already seen this thread on BF.com but I can't help but spread the joy I just had my bumper fixed and repainted as well as my mouldings and sidemarkers painted on my boston green ti. The results were amazing! Far beyond my expectaions! I couldn't wait to take some pics of her in the gorgeous Kelowna sunshine. Enjoy guys and gals! | | | 07-13-2005, 05:49 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2004 Location: Minneapolis Posts: 1,587 | Looks nice Those rims rock! It always funny when people on bf.com get upset that a 318ti has a "///M" badge on the side. Even though it's factory | | | 07-13-2005, 06:18 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2005 Location: Tampa, FL Posts: 677 | ya I posted on BF.com also. I usually don't like painted moulding but it really works on your car. Maybe it's that I like black moulding on a light colored car. __________________ ...steven BMW CCA #146825 1996 BMW 328ti • 2003 MINI Cooper S • 2016 M235i www.bmwcca.org | | | 07-13-2005, 03:49 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: Tennessee Posts: 523 | How much does it cost to paint the moldings and what front pieces are those on your bumper? The car looks great!!! | | | 07-13-2005, 03:55 PM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2004 Location: North Saint Paul, MN Posts: 606 | Quote: Originally Posted by CirrusSR22 Looks nice Those rims rock! Then they complain about how heavy their E36 or E46 is.... oh wait, the ti is MUCH lighter. Then they compain about how there's too many electronics in their cars and they're not "pure".... oh wait, the ti is about as pure as you get. No cruise, traction, stability, OBC, tilt, power seats, etc... Its a shame. | | | 07-14-2005, 02:38 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2005 Location: Hinsdale, IL. Check this month's Roundel, nice commentary on the ti. | | | 07-14-2005, 04:08 AM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2004 Location: MD/VA/DC Posts: 834 | looks very nice im going ot do the same | | | 07-15-2005, 11:09 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2004 Location: Columbia, SC Posts: 528 | That looks good. Boston green is near and dear to me, since my first ti was that color. The mouldings look great. What kind of spoiler is that? I like the way it looks. That's a top-notch extereor. You have my stamp of approval.
