The leather has a few edges that stick out and makes it a little uncomfortable. Also It just doesn't look good anymore. I was thnking about this one as a replacement. Anyone have this one installed? Post a pic! What does everyone think of this knob? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BMW-M...spagenameZWDVW | | | 07-23-2008, 11:24 PM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | I don't know of any pics of it installed on a ti but I think it would look awesome, would look even better if you can find a matching e-brake handle but for $50 you can't go wrong | | | 07-23-2008, 11:52 PM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | Would look good in a black interior. I have the weighted short knob, definite improvement over stock. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 07-24-2008, 01:44 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Oxford, Ohio Posts: 868 | My Interior is Black/Red Millpoint. The current shift knob is also an ///M knob. Not sure about changing the E-brake handle since it has red stiching which I think looks cool. | | | 07-24-2008, 04:29 PM | #5 | Senior Member Join Date: Oct 2007 Location: Eugene Oregon Posts: 6,182 | i would say get the ZHP shift knob its the best and its wrighted and also shorter than that one. it feels great __________________ -Josh Sold-1995 318ti, Club Sport, Hellrot Sold-1996 318ti, Active Model, Boston Green Current- 1995 318ti, sport model, schwartz | | | 07-24-2008, 09:59 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 07-24-2008, 10:34 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2006 Location: Oxford, Ohio Posts: 868 | Interesting... I already have a WSR, though. Is there such a thing as too much weight in the gearshift? | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
