Hello everyone I've just joined up because you all seem to know what you're talking about; a pleasant abnormality in today's disposable culture. I bought my first 318ti - nay, my first BMW - a week ago. It's a '98 in Sienna red, Individual trim, very cool. I'm here to get some ideas for tuning the little beast to hopefully p*** all over all those generic hatchbacks with their stupid underfloor neons even more than I usually do! So hi - anyone in England do drop me a line - and thanks for reading. | | | 04-26-2009, 02:33 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | welcome, post some pics of your ti as far as tuning goes, you're better off doing an engine swap than trying to tune the engine that's in there, it's a good engine but it's made more for fuel-economy that performance I'd buy suspension and brake upgrades first, since that's these cars strong point | | | 04-26-2009, 08:14 AM | #3 | Member Join Date: Oct 2008 Location: Wellington-New Zealand Posts: 78 | Welcome Coronis, Sorry I am not from England but I drive on the same side of the road as you, not like the majority of members here. They are still a great bunch of guys and gals though. __________________ | | | 04-30-2009, 07:19 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: Rocky Mountains Posts: 610 | Welcome! | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
