I emailed im the first time these cars were listed. I don't think he listed it correctly because I asked what color interior the '99 had and he said gray (all 99's are sports= black + ?). I asked for a pic of the car to see what options it had and he never produced one. I think he just threw up an ad. The first time he said it was a 99 but it had gray skirts .

I have already purchased a few parts off of those cars. The interior is black of the ti, I got the floor mats. I think he lied about the year to help sell parts.

I was told it's a 99 mtech, shown pics, and paid for the rear bump.
Now his phone is off....

He could not produce pics for me and was very short with any email response. I think he is a shyster. Good luck Marley!

the deal was too good to be true and as an ebay vet since 96, I should have know better. Sending money outside of an ebay auction is retarded.
here is what he showed me.......and yeah I did get a little wood at the sight...

Tony did not get his stuff shipped either. Hopefully we are the only 2 boneheads...but I doubt it.
I contacted the high bidder of his auction --mmsbmws - he called me back with in minutes of the email through ebay. He is filing a fraud charge too and will try to help us as much as he can with the pos contact info. He also mentioned he has had many emails on the seller.
I talked to paypal today and they said he has 20 days to respond. wtf is that?

This sucks, and I know better to do that. I filled my dispute with paypal. If it comes down to it can I give paypal your email and use you as a witness? If you need someone to back you up I will do so. freakin scamers

Default Apologies

Sorry folks. My initial post referencing this auction has apparently created an issue and I apologize. I sincerely hope you get everything resolved.

You're not to blame, no worries. I think Marley and Anthony were probably watching it on ebay anyways.
