Default Taken in For Sale Section

Are there any moderators on this forum that can be of assistance to me?

I bought a fender from a member on here, came damaged and not as described. He told me he would mail me a check, I have received nothing, paypal cannot help me because he has closed his account. Not sure how this forum operates but sometimes the moderators and admins like to step in before the members escalate it.

If not, I will be contacting his local police as well as friends who live in the area. Not worried about getting my money back, but the easier the better....

If nothing else, make sure to use the itrader system if you can't get it resolved. This way other members know what happened. This is a smaller site, so if somebody ripped somebody else off, that person usually doesn't sell much else on here.
