Default Brake pedal feel

well, I replaced my pads and rotors w/ brembo OEM rotors and ECS Green Stuff pads a while back. Right after the job, the brakes were amazing. but now, only a week or so later, my brake pedal goes all the way to the floor, and braking almost sucks! what did I screw up?

Check your brake fluid level. You may be leaking or have introduced air into the system.

When in doubt, do it over.

Check for leaking fluid around the bleed screws. More than likely you'll find one of them wasn't torqued down enough.

Clean the brake fluid with brake cleaner (the fluid will eat through paint on your wheels, and your tires too). You really should only have to bleed that particular caliper but it never hurts to do them all again.

If you can't find wetness around the bleed screws, you may have to pop off the brake pads. It's possible your seals went to crap and you'll need to do a rebuild. Kit from BMW is something like $20, very easy to do but there's a few hours of labor in it to get done what you need to get done.

Last but not least, check your lines for wear. Wear safety goggles and have somebody press the pedal. Any puncture or split might only show up when the system is pressurized.
