If they fit is a question you should ask summit. If they're what you're looking for is another. What are you looking to do? Adjusting coilover springs isn't the easiest process, and you really can't use the full 3" of travel without changing struts or bolloxing up your rebound. I've stopped in Summit before (the Akron location) hoping to find brake pads and fluid (Pagid and ATE) since I was passing through. It's a big shipping warehouse, but they said they would have to order the parts. It seemed pretty stupid to me. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 03-24-2006, 07:13 AM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Louisiana Posts: 1,093 | i might buy to try them out but you said struts ... any opinions what struts i should go with. its these or h&r race springs __________________ was the 1 an only Bagged Ti on 19's!! | | | 03-24-2006, 07:27 AM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: state college, pa Posts: 3,431 | Bilstein sport, hands down. __________________ I scream, you scream, we all scream for ZOMBIES. | | | 03-24-2006, 07:49 AM | #8 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Louisiana Posts: 1,093 | where is cheepest price __________________ was the 1 an only Bagged Ti on 19's!! | | | 03-24-2006, 07:54 AM | #9 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2004 Location: Tyler, TX Posts: 1,022 | I'd give it a shot. Summit is great company and seems to stand behind their products 100%. If they don't work then getting your money back shouldn't be a problem. | | | 03-24-2006, 08:40 AM | #10 | Senior Member Join Date: Jan 2005 Location: Louisiana Posts: 1,093 | well there cheep and its worth a try ill post what they ride like after i find some shocks / struts to go wit them __________________ was the 1 an only Bagged Ti on 19's!! | | | 03-31-2006, 03:35 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: CG68 Posts: 280 | I would stay away from any brand of sleeve coil-over. Just buy the H&Rs. Those coil-over conversions are cheap but they are crap. Your best bet is the H&Rs and some Bilstein Sports. They'll give you a nice drop and you won't have the headache of those silly sleeve overs. | | | 03-31-2006, 03:45 AM | #13 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2004 Location: Muncie, Indiana Posts: 1,551 | Ground controls are good..if you buy the complete kit not just the sleeves and springs. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | Similar Threads | Thread | Thread Starter | Forum | Replies | Last Post | 318ti.org Products | SDKmann | Site Feedback | 15 | 02-12-2006 07:23 PM | |
