There's no such thing as an "M version". You have a Sport package which includes the M badging, M technik bumpers, suspension, 16" wheels and sport interior. As said before, there's nothing rare about it. If your car was a '95 and had these things it would be called a Club Sport and would be somewhat rare as they only made 300 of them. Many people make the mistake of calling their '96+ Sport Ti's club sports, but rest assured the Club Sport was only made in '95. And while your Sport model may not be rare, it's still a sought after model since most people prefer the looks of the M Technik trim. They're not very easy to find for sale, especially with a manual transmission, decent mileage and a good service history.
