Alright Guys, This mornin it all came crashing down, the stress, the jobs i get sent on not knowing what to do. Went to the doctors and she has signed me off with extreme stress for 2 weeks saying i was on the verge of a breakdown or worse... heart attack or stroke. So, this goes to say, don't bottle up your stress.... let it out.... Nick. __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 08-19-2005, 03:27 PM | #2 | Member Join Date: Jul 2004 Location: Columbus, Ohio Posts: 78 | dude, i know how you feel, but your doctor is right let it out. Go running, excercise, get laid, smoke a "J", but nothing is more important than relaxing. I just recieved my hospital bill for my kidney stones, basically it'll be $3k out of pocket (****ty insurance), but three grand isn't worth a panic/ stress attack. Enjoy living, you get one shot at it, drive the TI fast with some good tunes, feel the road with all the windows open. I'm going to Vegas next week, screw it! Life tends to get more obsurd when you worry about it more. Learn to chill, these next two weeks are yours to enjoy. I believe in taking 5 weeks of holiday, work is just the means to an end. I where you, go to Amsterdam for a week, go to the Bulldog Cafe', buy some Northern Lights, or the Afgan Hash and shut the engines down. Or take a train down to Southern France, Antitebes is an easy place to unwind. As far as thejob is concerned, they'll sack you if they want, but chances are they don't have enough competent people, but in the meantime your boss will be an unbearable cunt. | | | 08-19-2005, 05:28 PM | #6 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2005 Location: England, UK Posts: 1,288 | i am tempted to go to dubai atm. parents went yesturday for a few days.... need to find it for £400 inc flight and accomodation though. __________________ 1995 BMW 316i Cosmos Black Mods: • Magnex Cat-Back Exhaust • Smoked Corner Lights + Repeators • M3 17" Wheels • De-Baffled Air Box • AC HandBrake Handle and Gear Knob • DEPO Euro Epsiloids + Predator Chronium Rings • Chrome Interior bits •IE Poly-Urethane RSFMs • Kenwood Power Series Audio • Powder Coated e36 325 Front Callipers • Sports Seats | | | 08-19-2005, 06:30 PM | #7 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Greenville, SC Posts: 9,356 | Quote: Originally Posted by stormos So, this goes to say, don't bottle up your stress.... let it out.... | Track time does me wonders for stress.
