Default suspension questions

ok I have a 95 318ti I bought for my wife last fall. It sucks in winter even with studded tires and weight in the trunk. Also, it's lowered so I assume that makes it even worse. I am wanting to get it back to original ride height since it's pretty slammed and the front bounces pretty good. Car has 155K on it so I'm guessing I'm do for new suspension but I'd like to keep it cheap and somewhat OEM replacements unless I get a good deal on parts.
What all parts am I going to need to do this??
Thanks in advance for the info/help

There is probably someone on here who can sell you a set of stock springs. I would get those and then some Bilstein Touring Class shocks/struts (Good OEM replacement shock).

Pick up some new rear shock mounts (known to be a weak point on all E36 3 series), some new front strut hats, and any hardware you want to replace.

Do you know what lowering springs are on it currently? Is it just a spring/shock combo or adjustable coilovers?
