Default What hose is this?

Anyone know what the hose is called. It goes from I think the manifold straight up 3-4 inches then elbows angled down right 3-4 inches. It goes around the oil dip stick. It goes into a big cylinder piece behind the master brake cylinder. It's some type of vacuum hose maybe. I sprayed choke cleaner and the engine had variance. It could very well be the problem of my squealing noise.
