Passenger side went threw puddle car go poop

I have a 95 ti. I went threw a puddle this morning pass side only from center of car over and she started acting like the timming was off or she was losing fuel. After idle surged for a bit she smoothed out. Thinking maybe my crank sensor is cracked?

Maybe.
Or, you may have got a load of water in your o2 sensor connections.

Bad meter again. Does anyone have a good used one? I had two spares but now I have none. I def am getting an o2 code I'm sure it needs to be replaced. Just seems strange that I didn't even come close to getting the meter wet and it crapped out. Thanks for your response. I'm becoming a believer in this site.
