Default fuse 46

so i read a few threads on this fuse blowing, and i pulled the rear light bulb panels, because lovemy318ti noted that his was because a bulb was installed wrong, I noticed i'm missing bulbs in the lower corners of the circuit on both sides, i'm going to assume i'm supposed to have them right???

could this be a cause??

are you missing the ones towards the inside? those sockets are for the rear fog lights, which are mandatory in Europe but not in the US, so you don't need bulbs in them
