Guys, you could get the rear diffusor new for $149.66 at Tischer(getbmwparts.com) part# 51122269489 or you can get the whole rear bumper+diffusor+hardware new for $350 + $150 shipping http://www.trademotion.com/partlocat...catalogid=4462 It doesn't come with the three moldings but you can use your old ones as they're the same for sport and non-sport models. If you do decide to order new moldings, don't use the part#'s listed on Tischer's website, those are for e36 coupes and sedans. Look the part#'s up on realoem.com. The corner moldings are 16 bucks each and the center strip is $21. Also, be sure to select 318ti from the drop down options menu, it knocks the price down to $350 for the kit | | | 05-03-2010, 03:49 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Apr 2010 Location: Nor Cal Posts: 136 | Thank You Lovely Jess =) | | | 05-03-2010, 03:55 AM | #3 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | No worries. Tischer has love for 318ti's. Their prices are usually a little better than pelicanparts and they're extremely professional and helpful over the phone. Service is top notch, I remember VROOMCP purchased a rear bumper from them as well as a bunch of other parts, not only did they give him a nice discount, they also packed everything into one big box and didn't charge extra for shipping! | | | 05-03-2010, 04:22 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | good deal, still more than I can afford | | | 05-03-2010, 04:40 AM | #5 | NOBODY F's with the Jesus Join Date: Oct 2006 Location: Ventura California Posts: 7,824 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak good deal, still more than I can afford | Yeah I feel ya. Definitely not cheap, but $500 shipped for a brand new one with hardware and a diffusor is better than what some people are asking for these things used. Just thought I'd throw this out there so people would know that they're still available. It's not like it's a rare part or unavailable. That will obviously vary depending on location and how well you know the folks at the body shop. :-) __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! I can usually paint something like this for $100 + materials. Don't hate me if the bumper looks better then the rest of the car tho!@ | | | 05-03-2010, 06:19 PM | #9 | Member Join Date: Aug 2009 Location: santa cruz, ca Posts: 80 | Where in norcal are you? Tischer is awesome. __________________ ~Dave~ 98 328ti Morea Grun slicktop 11 128i space gray slicktop 13 JGC WK2 Deep Cherry Search | RealOEM | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
