Default So I found a TI...(1998)

After months and months of searching, a ti is now available only about 40 miles away from my house. Sweet!! According to the seller, he is the 2nd owner and the vehicle has been "perfectly" maintained with all service records. However, it has 180,000 "highway" miles on it which unfortunately is a bit high but...its also a 1998 car so I guess its not absurd. Anyhow, the dude is asking for 4500. From my research that is way too high for a ti with that many miles even if it has been perfectly maintained. What is a good fair price? I'm not trying to low-ball anyone, I would like for both of us to be feeling like it was a fair deal at the end of the day. I'm thinking 3600 tops.
btw, he mentioned everything works, no problems whatsoever. This is also an affluent part of town he lives in, I'm sure he has the money to keep it maintained.
Thanks in advance
