 1996 318ti project car for sale

Got a killer deal on this car three weeks ago and spent some time looking it over. Was planning on getting her running and then rebuilding the engine at a later date. However I'm in over my head (money/time/shop space) and need to sell.
2nd owner overheated the car and it sat for a year. I bought it, plugged in a new battery and was able to limp it to my house. There I discovered that it needs the following - Cat/header (they are rusted together) head gasket, cooling system, starter, shocks plus whatever else a 15 year old car needs.
Have original owner's records (2001-2007) before that it was maintained by her BMW dealership.
It's a great body but it's good project for someone here. Feel free to ask any questions.
Car is located in Albuquerque NM and needs to be trailed/towed. Does not run
