Default stripped threads in the head

GAHH
I was trying to tighten the bolts and ofcourse this happened
I stripped the threads in the head.. its so stripped I can slip the bolt in.. mest up on two of them. I tried the permatex stuff and noo deal. I read something about
helicoil and i think im gonna end up doing that.. so my questions are.
1. where can I find the helicoils that fit my block?
2. can i just take it to any shop or a bmw certified shop?
3. about how much would this fix cost me at a shop?
