Random thoughts......

I can think of good reasons for either course of action (that's the "curse of the Gemini" LOL). How about we give the accused a chance to plead for mercy before deciding?

The reality is that this sort of thing WILL happen again, so it would be in our best interest to come up with a "standard procedure" while we're dealing with this specific situation.

I do feel that if it's a first offender, they should have a chance to learn from their mistake and hopefully not do it again. But, if it's someone who has already displayed troll-like behavior... kick 'em to the curb.
