The 318is with the M42 will be fine, its a better engine in terms of holding more power. Our M45 would see you easily 7-10PSI. If you push it, maybe more.
The Kitself will include all the hardware and piping, you could buy the silicone hose kit from us or just buy yourself a intercooler piping kit locally and pipe it all, you will require a by pass valve, a boost gauge, larger injectors and a wideband o2 sensor along with a tune is suggested.
