The MLS gaskets are good for even a good bit of boost so on a stock engine they do great. The head and block do need to be very smooth. If its a popped head gasket be sure to mill the head since MLS gaskets don't fill as much as the composite gaskets. | | | 12-26-2012, 10:17 PM | #3 | Member Join Date: Dec 2012 Location: jacksonville nc Posts: 35 | great info boss thanks, previous owner actually cracked the head, salvage yard has one for $ 450 think imma grab that one and the felpro set. | | | 12-27-2012, 07:36 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2009 Location: san jose Posts: 425 | Quote: Originally Posted by bimmerboy98 great info boss thanks, previous owner actually cracked the head, salvage yard has one for $ 450 think imma grab that one and the felpro set. | do u plan on doing a turbo i got 440 cc and 500cc injectors arc 1 & arc 2 plus miller war chip turbo exhaust housing tons of silicone coupler im sure bunch of other stuff i water /air cooler too... | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Thread Tools | | Display Modes | Linear Mode | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
