I love the E46 TI, I just wish we got them here. I would pick up one of those in a heart beat if I found one for sale in the states.. | | | 07-23-2008, 11:02 PM | #19 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2008 Location: Mud Island, TN Posts: 20 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak he means can you change over the entire front sheet-metal and headlights to make it look like a normal E46 from the front, I'm curious to know this as well, I love everything about the E46 ti's except for the headlights | Quote: Originally Posted by MrAlex As you can SEE the hood, headlights, front clip cannot interchange with the E46 sedan! With enough time, money, and tools you could make the front look like whatever you wanted it too. But he clearly states "...front clip cannot interchange with the e46 sedan!" __________________ Marcus | | | 07-23-2008, 11:23 PM | #20 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | Quote: Originally Posted by Imola.ZHP Uh, that looks like an answer if I've ever seen one... Usually when someone refers to a "Front Clip" they ARE talking about the entire front end, you know, thats why why call it a "Front Clip." Maybe your not familiar with that term, its kind of a body-shop term. It usually refers to the front fenders, bumper, headlight, hoot, etc, and all being 1 piece... I could be wrong (wouldn't be the first time)... __________________ Marcus | | | 07-24-2008, 08:02 AM | #22 | Junior Member Join Date: Dec 2006 Location: bucharest-EU Posts: 29 | Quote: Originally Posted by Imola.ZHP ^ nope, never heard of it. The fenders, hood, headlights, etc cannot be replaced with the ones from the sedan as stock parts. But as one of you mentioned above, anything is possible with the right set of tools! I wouldn't see the point for an operation like that! The TI has something of it's own! It would look awfull with "the front" of the sedan! I also have to say that the M pack brings a radical change! The TI e46 without this pack lookg completly different! Bellow are some pics of another 325ti without m pack, so you can compare! __________________ Luv My Beemer /oOO (|||)(|||) OOo\ | | | 07-24-2008, 12:00 PM | #23 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2005 Location: NJ Posts: 1,625 | looks good, inside... | | | 07-24-2008, 07:43 PM | #24 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | Quote: Originally Posted by tiFreak | Nice pics of some modded e46 ti.
