When I was young I was an idoit and lost my license for 5 years before I learned the lesson. I honestly did not drive one time during that 5 year period so I'm confident I can go 30 days. I already have my personal limo's all setup for work and play | | | 07-03-2009, 10:32 PM | #65 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Ok let's get this started again. I have started my turbo install and I'm 100% confident I will have a turbo 318is by July 30th when my license is renistated. Here is were we left off before the board crashed....I bolted the turbo on and it does fit but I will have to make some custom stuff so I still have A/C: Pulling the motor this weekend to install special duty head bolts, oil pan bung for turbo oil return and remove all S/C stuff and package. Unless i missed it, what kind of numbers are you shooting for? What kind of boost will the motor take/what do you plan to run? C/R of the motor? And last, are you spraying meth on this one? | | | 07-04-2009, 12:51 AM | #67 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Quote: Originally Posted by b-rad Very nice! It is a stroked M44 with a M47 diesel crank just under 2.2 liters. It is ok with 30psi | | | 07-04-2009, 03:29 AM | #68 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Before tear down TB OFF SC OFF Wife Cloths stuffed in intake ports | | | 07-04-2009, 03:32 AM | #69 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2007 Location: Gulfport, Florida Posts: 3,208 | Front plastic grille out Ready to close it up for the night. The next big issue is going to be how to put it down on the pavement. This car is pretty light... | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
