Good condition. Taken out from one of my TIs Asking $100 shipped | | | 03-14-2016, 02:54 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: philadelphia Posts: 217 | I am interested, but have a question perhaps you or someone else can answer. It seems like there are two different versions of the e36 xbrace. The version like yours which has some strange bends in it - and then there seems to be a version that has only straight steel? http://www.ebay.com/itm/OEM-BMW-E36-...FV7hSn&vxp=mtr Am I missing something? Do either fit or are certain versions applicable only for certain models? | | | 03-14-2016, 03:48 AM | #3 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2008 Location: San antonio, tx Posts: 135 | I do not know which car the "straight" version fits, or why, but this is the design that fits the ti, and most of the other e36 models. It may be related to the oil pan design. I have it on my cars. | | | 03-14-2016, 07:31 AM | #4 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2014 Location: USA Posts: 444 | Quote: Originally Posted by cmoore I am interested, but have a question perhaps you or someone else can answer. Youll have to remove the x brace everytime to access the drain bolt. The newer ones are the ones i have. Clears the drain bolt Thats the only difference. I never knew there was an earlier version, and I always wondered why the X-brace was so asymmetrical. Now I know. Thanks, and GLWS! :-D __________________ Real men know how to SEARCH! Paypal was made a month ago and still waiting for this part. Two weeks ago you said there was some confusion, but still no follow through. | | | 05-01-2016, 06:30 PM | #14 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2012 Location: philadelphia Posts: 217 | Send REFUND NOW! Your PM box is full Its been 6 weeks now. Send me a REFUND now. Sent emails, texts, PM's etc, but no respoond, no Xbrace and no refund. I started a paypal inquiry but you never responded to that either. I will continue to pursue a paypal claim, but would rather save me the aggravation. | | | 05-01-2016, 11:18 PM | #15 | Senior Member Join Date: Jul 2009 Location: US Posts: 315 | I have contacted this seller on a different post and he never responded either.
