Default Super Bad!

on my way to work yesterday, with my head up ass, I rear-ended a chick in a Honda. super low speed crash, <5mph. however, her rear bumper went over mine (lowered) & ****ing took out both grilles and pushed in the nose so that the hood doesn't open. i'll get a few quotes for pulling out the nose, but anyone know of anywhere to buy a new one? no insurance, not a scratch on her car--so she left, and I'm not calling my insurance it'll cost more in increased premiums etc. than if I do it myself. good news is, no headlight damage, they're not even out alignment/aim. just the nose and grilles.

my nose is still a little bent from when my friend backed into me, I do see ABS ones on ebay for ~$25, Its a toss up between getting that painted, getting it fixed, junkyard searching, or looking for someone parting one out.

**** bro, you're in socal? you might be able to help me out! PelicanParts won't ship nose panels, only avail. for pickup. they're in EL Segundo and they have 'em in stock and new. costing between $90-115 or so. might you ship one up to Norcal for me? or is anyone heading up this way?

you talking about part #21 in this diagram? http://www.realoem.com/bmw/showparts...43&hg=41&fg=10

try getting a price quote from crevier bmw (i worked a lot with Vaheh Bashikian there). www.crevierbmw.com. they shipped a lot of parts to me in WI so i imagine they'd ship to you in san fran. they give bmwcca discount to all web orders, btw.

cool, thanks alot! its surprising how hard it is to find body panels. you'd think with all the body mods and stuff, there'd be tons of OE stuff on ebay, etc.

do you happen to know the difference for these #'s?
