I seem to remember reading about this somewhere but can remember exact details! Thanks, Owen. | | | 04-01-2017, 01:50 AM | #2 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2011 Location: SoCal Posts: 702 | Quote: Originally Posted by owenh74 Hi, Is there an adaptor available to fit Brembo 4 pot calipers from a Fiat Coupe/Peugeot 406 Coupe to the front of a Ti? Thanks, Owen. | Not that I know, but there are adapters for 996 porsche 4 pot brembo calipers, I think e36 m3 guys use it. If you find something let us know! __________________ ***328ti Build thread. *** Even more important: SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! I carry them. I don't know which calipers the Fiat uses so I'm not sure if an adapter exists but if it does not you are better off going with an already sorted solution. It's not as simple as making a bracket to fit. You need a rotor that's the right diameter, width and bolt pattern. Also know that virtually every OE wheel needs spacers to clear 4 piston calipers. But the bigger question, what are you doing with the car that requires more brake? __________________ SUPPORT 318ti.org! CLICK THE LINK ABOVE! If I do get the calipers working I will of course share the info on here! | | | 04-06-2017, 09:47 AM | #10 | Junior Member Join Date: Jan 2016 Location: Madrid Posts: 2 | For me the 996 brembo calipers with massive 325 o 345mm discs are just too big. Any option for smaller 300mm discs to run 4pot calipers? For e30 there are much smaller kits, would like to keep 15" or 16" wheels. | | | 04-08-2017, 07:13 PM | #11 | Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2011 Location: uk Posts: 13 | Getting something to fit with 16" wheels would be ideal | | | 04-15-2017, 05:28 AM | #12 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2013 Location: Bresse Track France Posts: 535 | hi, i have made this for my track-days ti 320X22 tarox disc ( e46 ) with rear Porsche boxster calipers brembo N:996.352.421 and 996.352.422 but i had to made my home made adaptors with 10mm steel corner its just fit under 16" rims link for the drawing part : https://mega.nz/#!qRZ3zRjD!WvUjqPsx6...tXN9ocG89rMabw Last edited by samdemange; 04-15-2017 at 05:32 AM. | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
