Is it strange to get an email from a buyer within a few minutes of posting on Craig's List? It's a Dallas number, so I'm not too worried, just triggered my bullsh*t detector.

The price is flexible but I still haven't heard a serious offer. If anyone has a suggestion, let me know. I can't give it to the state for a couple months, so I can budge a little more to get this off my list of chores.

When it flew away I guess it hit the kid in me. When I heard about the ti I had more of a low grumble.

Thanks for the sympathy, though I shouldn't be exploiting the for sale section for it.
