So, here I was behind a semi in the left lane and in the right lane was this geo metro rust bucket matching the same speed as the semi. A natural grid lock. Traffic was bumper to bumper. Now, here comes this blond driver in her early 2000s Chevy suburban. She gets right on the rear of this GeoMetro and stays there for a minute. I mean literally right on the rear of this poor little car [maybe an inch of separation?] Anyways, a minute later this blond idiot starts flashing her lights at the Geo Metro. lol, the driver of the Geo suddenly slams on his brakes so hard that his rear end nearly goes up a foot. The suburban damn near hit this guy and caused a multiple car pile up but fortunately she was quick enough on her brakes. Ah....stupid drivers abound by the hundreds.... | WOW!!! __________________ Greg M42 Club member 186 WTB: HELLROT RED CLUB SPORT 95 ti sold but staying in the family. | | | 03-09-2010, 04:48 AM | #32 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | lol, if I had a rusted out Geo Metro I wouldn't care about getting rear-ended either, as long as I get my point across | | | 03-09-2010, 09:06 AM | #33 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Westfield, IN Posts: 1,335 | I would make her pay me to get a brand new BMW 135i __________________ Greg M42 Club member 186 WTB: HELLROT RED CLUB SPORT 95 ti sold but staying in the family. | | | 03-09-2010, 05:15 PM | #34 | Senior Member Join Date: Dec 2009 Location: Chicago, IL Posts: 181 | such evil people you guys are.... but I must admit, I would try to do the same. Albeit the geo metro would be at fault for slamming his brakes with no just cause. Anyways, here is the story of another Prius speeding: http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/us_runaway_prius I think this is all a hoax. The Prius drivers speed on purpose and then just blame it on a stuck accelerator pedal. Uhuh.....was it stuck because your damn foot was on it? :P [note: I am being facetious here...] | | | 03-11-2010, 05:12 AM | #35 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | | | | 03-11-2010, 11:11 PM | #36 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2006 Location: Westfield, IN Posts: 1,335 | Oh man, every time it snows or rains here in Chicago, everyone acts as if the world is coming to an end. They don't use turn signals to lane change, they tail gate you as if you don't have a trunk, and to drive as if street lights aren't there. Its like its everyone for themselves when it gets a little wet out , I hate Chicago Drivers. Its kind of the same in Carbondale b/c the vast majority of the students is from Chicago __________________ Greg M42 Club member 186 WTB: HELLROT RED CLUB SPORT 95 ti sold but staying in the family. | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
