The cool thing is that I can choose any size up to 18". Great prize! I won't be needing tires for another 6 months, but the voucher is good for a year. Maybe I'll get the new set right before the next bimmerfest.

I did go party for a little bit but you are right, it was crappy driving on State St.

Hey Chris, don't feel bad. You can still look at pictures from the bimmerfest. Here is a good link.

Enjoy it!
Diego,

Nice Toyo's are really awesome so I am told. My friend runs the T1-S and is really happy with them, I think they are comprable if not better then a Michelin Pilot Sport PS2s. I think that that RA-1 is a racing tire so the traction would be incredible they just would not last that long. Don't know anything about the 4 so no help there.

I use T1-S for the summer and RA1s on the track. Don't know what the 4 is. I'd go with the T1-S. I love 'em.

Chad - Steve:

Thanks for the feedback on the tires. The T1-S looks the nicest. Those are the ones I like the most.

Default First Post.

Hi all. This year was my 4th year attending bimmerfest, and boy was it fun. I drove up as co-pilot in my dads E34 M5 and while I was there, I met up with a guy and bought a 1995 Alpine white 318ti. I really like the car, it being my first BMW and all. My other car, a 2001 Passat wagon 1.8t chipped is about 3 times faster than the ti, but going from FF to FR is a whole new experience. Although I bought the ti' modded, I have so many plans for it. I'll have pictures up of it later, but if anyone noticed I was the only white ti' there. I'm not sure who I talked with who had the SC'd blue ti', but if you're out there I just want to say whats up. Overall I saw about 3 ti's at the show, more than I expected. Hopefully next year I'll know more of you and be able to meet up and chat. Thanks - T

Congratulations with your new ti. I think I have a picture of yours as well. If I have it I'll post it. By the way my ti is Alpine White as well. Check out my photo gallery under Mendi3.

I can't remember but I'll look for it. If you participated in the rally, most likely I got a picture of your car. I'll do some digging.

I was the guy who first asked if it was yours, then complimented you on it, then told you how I was picking up my own ti' that day, then asked about the supercharger. I never gave you my name I think, but it's Tristan.
