I still think that's a little high of an estimate (unless there's more damage underneath than we can see from the initial pictures). But since you mention there is some frame damage, it's probably a gonner (unless you can get the money for the car, buy it back and fix it). I didn't even get to see it at a NJ meet. I'll keep an eye out for ti's on sale too. | | | 07-17-2008, 01:45 AM | #37 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | | | | 07-17-2008, 03:13 AM | #38 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | May we have a moment of silence for a fallen black ti? Sorry to hear that the ti will be totalled. On a bright note time for a road trip to cali. You can just swap those mods to the other ti. Same color too what more can you ask for? | | | 07-17-2008, 03:52 AM | #39 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Central NJ Posts: 2,440 | If I go to cali, I want a cali top! Just as a souvenir... haha. | | | 07-17-2008, 05:14 AM | #40 | Senior Member Join Date: Jun 2006 Location: Boston, MA Posts: 1,152 | Then the local cali top for sale is not bad looking. You should think about it and the custom paint job. | | | 07-17-2008, 01:45 PM | #41 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Central NJ Posts: 2,440 | I called him up and he hasn't gotten back to me. I'm pretty interested in that one though. | | | 07-18-2008, 06:15 PM | #42 | Senior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Central NJ Posts: 2,440 | Great news!! Seriously though, congrats on finding another ti that you really like that's (presumably) in good shape. Can't wait to see some pics of it.
