When i picked the car up it had in my opinion possibly the most hideous wheels ever that had no business being on a light sports car. After taking care of the issues under the hood I moved on to the wheels... here are some shots, the first is with just the rears switched out. The new wheels are RUFF racing 18x8.5 front and 18x9.5 rears... the old ones weighed over 50 lbs per wheel... friggin ridiculous | | | 06-27-2008, 04:26 AM | #51 | Senior Member Join Date: Nov 2006 Location: Orange County, NY Posts: 1,067 | style 42 | | | 06-27-2008, 02:48 PM | #52 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | 15" OZ SuperCheaperras (I have no clue what the actual style is, they're discontinued ) 17" Breyton Magics (it's really helpful when you don't buy them in a 7-series fitment ) | | | 07-02-2008, 06:37 AM | #53 | Senior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Texas Posts: 128 | Mine __________________ --Kenny-- Myspace Speed costs money, I work with what I got | | | 07-05-2008, 12:17 AM | #54 | Junior Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: Tampa Posts: 9 | New Wheels.... rears 18x9.5 fronts 18x8.5 | | | 07-06-2008, 12:12 AM | #55 | Senior Member Join Date: May 2008 Location: Nevada Posts: 259 | BBS RK 17x8 Pirelli P Zero Nero I love these wheels. They were one of the big reasons I bought this car lol. First time I saw the car I was like damn nice wheels! They def' 'fit' the ti' body style. Besides these my favorites so far on this thread are 'Bluebimmas. Love those too. I'm down with all the Alpina's people are sportin' except I used to have a set and I friggin' hated cleaning them . The RK's clean up easy and shine right up | | | 07-07-2008, 09:42 PM | #56 | Senior Member Join Date: Sep 2007 Location: asdfasdf Posts: 10,002 | 16" Contour reps painted black lol, it also solves my brake dust problem | | | 07-15-2008, 02:33 PM | #57 | Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: manchester england Posts: 48 | back on topic i picked these wheel's up from a local scrapyard off a wrecked m3 for £200 there 17" ive no idea of the make though.. __________________ Women inspire us to great things, and prevent us from achieving them... | | | 07-24-2008, 12:13 AM | #58 | Junior Member Join Date: Aug 2006 Location: Atlanta, GA Posts: 18 | 17" Style 68 Gunmetal Wheels with Chrome Rivets __________________ Kalin /// 95' Alpine Base Ti Current Mods: 17" Gunmetal Gray M// Replicas w/ chrome rivets, BavAuto wheel locks, K&N air filter, tinted windows, Sony Xplod Bluetooth Head Unit, Polk db speakers Future Mods: M3 bumper, white trim, foglights, short shifter, Koni struts, H&R springs, 318ti.org stickers | | | 08-02-2008, 11:37 AM | #59 | Member Join Date: Mar 2008 Location: manchester england Posts: 48 | borg561 here is the close up of the centre cap sorry it took so long to post... i was thinking about getting these wheel's what do you guy's think would they suit a ti ??? http://www.wheel-base.co.uk/proddeta...SILVER&cat=179 __________________ Women inspire us to great things, and prevent us from achieving them... | | | 08-02-2008, 06:55 PM | #60 | Member Join Date: Apr 2008 Location: England, Newcastle Posts: 63 | MY WHEELS - ILL TRY AND GET SOME BETTER QUALITY PIC'S TOMORROW ONCE THE CAR IS WASHED IF THE RAIN WILL HOLD OFF.... | | | | | Currently Active Users Viewing This Thread: 1 (0 members and 1 guests) | | Posting Rules | You may not post new threads You may not post replies You may not post attachments You may not edit your posts HTML code is Off | | | |
