If you're choosing between that lip and the m technic bumper to put on your car, I would go with the m technic bumper. Without other mods I think that the custom lip would look out of place on a base ti.

I have a m-technic ti. ///M All around haha. And with my suspension set up and rims, I think it would look good. I just want your all's opinions. This lip would be about An inch off the ground cause of my coil overs. It's just plastic so il good to scrape it here and there lol
