I believe its NLA now. The horizontal location of the holes isnt super important as long as they are spaced somewhat evenly.
1. For the vertical location put 11 pieces of painters tape in a vertical position on the car running from the middle portion of where the sideskirt would sit to a few inches above where the top of the skirt would be. These should be spaced where you plan to drill the holes as these become your templates so to speak.
2. Stack some boxes/books/etc to hold the sideskirt up to where it should be firmly against the body. Put a few pieces of painters tape on the skirts to make sure its firmly in place.
3. On each piece of vertical tape mark the top of the sideskirt.
4. Remove the skideskirt and attach a clip to it. Measure from the top of the sideskirt to the middle of the "knob" portion of the clip. Cut a small piece of paper out in the length you just measured, this will act as a template.
5. Repeat step 4, I can not stress this enough. The next step is to drill and if you didnt measure right, you have a buncha holes in your car or a wonky looking sideskirt.
6. Place your paper template on the vertical tape and line it up with the marks you made for the top of the sideskirts in step 3. Now mark the bottom of the template.
7. Drill through the tape where you just marked, this should be roughly right below the raised line in the the sideskirt area of your car. See this photo for reference
8. Cover the holes with some type of paint, paint pens work well for this. Let the paint dry and install sideskirts.
