speeding tickets - whats your worst?

My only ticket in PA was a few weeks ago. 87 in a 65. I crested the hill, saw the trooper before my radar detector could help me and managed to bring it down to 87 from well over 100. After my radar detector freaked out, I saw him put the car into drive and basically pulled myself over. He didn't have to turn the lights on til he pulled up behind me. I knew I was done for and didn't want to piss around because I was already late for a meeting at school.

One good thing for PA drivers is that the local cops don't use radar so if you get a speeding ticket, youre pretty much an idiot.

On the other hand, the state police usually don't mess around.

NEVER got a ticket with my 2 years of driving...never got pulled over actually loll even in a bright blue bimmer with exhaust and tint.

in my 2 years of drving, ive had 3 tickets... 1) 109 in a 70,
2) 85 in a 25, and window tint. Total costs- 2,000 total prolly oh yeah and almost lost my lisnce

i just got an 86 in a 55...my 3rd ticket in less than a year...im pretty worried about this one...

I've had 3 tickets so far.
1st - Driving near Long Beach Airport, CA next to these crotch rockets. Sped up a bit so I wouldnt hit them (been told a bad story about uncle getting hit and was afraid of getting to close to them) and the damn cop thought i was trying to race them! in a civic! come on now. got me at 45 in a 40! ****ing cop.
2nd- drive to mexico on interstate 10 outside of Indio, CA and was keeping up with the expedition, didnt know how fast i was going since it was 2am on an open road with no one else on it. got caught going 98 in a 70. $450- biggest one
3rd- the third one which i think is bull-s***. got tagged at 46 in a 40 going home from school. and the guy in front on me was going just as fast or faster than me!! i wanted to rip it in front of the cop's face for that one. $159
then i got a radar. so far so good, knock on wood.

2 tickets in my lifetime. 83 in a 65 is my worst and most recent, but it's been probably more than 10 years since that one. The first one was 48 in a 45, clocked by "moving radar", where the cop was coming around a corner and held up the radar and blasted me. I was only doing about 35, and it was 6am on a Sunday morning and I was heading into work with nobody else on the road. I contested it, and lost. I guess it was quota season.

Btw, seeing these $280/mo insurance costs has me cringing. Mine's $475/year, with collision and bumped-up comprehensive.
