It should be going out soon for editing- hopefully tomorrow. | | | 07-07-2017, 05:57 PM | #62 | Junior Member Join Date: Jul 2017 Location: Salt Lake City Posts: 20 | what timing! Count me in for one, please. I just rolled my "new" $600, blown motor, ti into the garage at my new house last weekend. Hopefully by the time I'm settled in at the new house, I'll have a book to start her rebuild. | | | 07-08-2017, 12:23 PM | #63 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | I'm pushing hard to have it ready so everyone has one before Christmas. Sounds a long way out but if you've ever published a book you know what's involved. | | | 07-12-2017, 06:12 AM | #64 | Senior Member Join Date: Feb 2007 Location: Beaufort, SC Posts: 298 | Sign me up for a manual as well. | | | 07-12-2017, 12:26 PM | #65 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | You got it. I have the manuscript with the editor now. She assures me keeping our schedule will not be a problem! I'm as excited as you guys are to get this done. It wil be worth the wait. | | | 07-12-2017, 12:35 PM | #66 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT! Posts: 3,156 | Wow! I just did a quick count and we have potentially 30 or so for preorder! This is good because with more pages comes more cost. But, if my initial order is for more than the 24 minimum, it might hold the price point down at the initial quote. I don't know for sure but I very much appreciate the enthusiasm and support! | | | 07-17-2017, 03:50 AM | #67 | Member Join Date: Jun 2015 Location: DAYTON, OH Posts: 86 | Do you have a part number so I can order that harness new from the dealer? Posts: 3,156 | Holy crap yeah. I expect this is a $1000.00 item from the dealer and about 1/10th that from the scrap yard. Either M3 or 328 harness will work. | | | 07-17-2017, 03:19 PM | #70 | Member Join Date: Jun 2015 Location: DAYTON, OH Posts: 86 | GD that's expensive. I will shop around some local salvage yards. | | | 07-17-2017, 03:38 PM | #71 | Moderator Join Date: Jun 2003 Location: Bouncing off the rev limiter in CT!
