Exclamation Brake Lights

Last Night while sitting on the I-405 Freeway, I noticed that my tail lights where not bouncing off the car behind me. As sure as hack when I got home, all 3 of my brake lights were not working. So I thought ok it's a fuse, So checked all the fuses and swithced #46 just in case. They came up all good, then I checked the bulbs, Nope they were still working when I switch locations. I never changed them since 2001 so I switch them out away.

Still no good Does anyone know anything else I can try/check to get my brake lights working.

All Three are out, Top, and both Left and Right Brake Lights are out. The only recent changes I have done to the car was switched out the radiator about a month ago.

Thanks for any help that you can offer,
Mothman

The brake switch is probably the culprit. My tail lights did the same thing a couple months ago, and a new brake switch fixed the problem. This is a known issue with our cars. http://www.pelicanparts.com/BMW/tech...ake_Switch.htm

I got pulled over for it one time. Mine ended up being the fuse. You might just replace it and see if that changes it, if not then its probably the brake switch
