Question Nose Panel

can someone tell me how to remove the nose panel on my 95 ti.
I need to paint it.
I am talking about the piece around the kidney grill and under the headlights.
Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

Take out the headlights there are two bolts on either side of the radiator that you can't see total of 4 bolts and the other 2 screws you can't see are in the wheel wells about at 3:00 on the right tire and 9:00 on the left.
