Default diff maintenance

I heard you were suppose to maintain or over haul you diff every so often. Any one else heard this or know what should be done?

Clutch pack diffs do need to be rebuilt. Depends on how you drive. Mine didn't last long after a year of track duty. The previous owner had it for a few years.

In 1995 only. And pretty rare at that.

Whats a clutch pack diff. I think i have the one they're talking about in this thread. The optional lsd on a 95' I dont know much about the mechanical side of the car as far as how to fix things but im eagerly trying to learn. Could you point me in the right direction or feed me any info on rebuilding a diff?
