Default Manual Trans/Swap

I have a 96Ti w/Manual Trans. I'm looking at swapping in a - M50B25TU engine from a 94 325is. Will the 318ti Manual fit the M50?

Yes. I don't want to make an entire list of things you will need for a complete swap, but the two things I wish I knew I needed at first are:

-M50 Shift Carrier #25111221541
-M50 Selector Rod #25111222664 Make sure it is E36 325i/is 09/94 and newer otherwise it won't work. Garagistic makes a nice DSSR for this part number which is what I used.

The stock 318ti shift carrier and selector rod WILL NOT work properly for a 6 cyl swap. I learned this the hard way.

If its not a getrag 250 then I can't vouch for the above info.
