I recently discovered my car was the RIDE OF THE MONTH in the January 2008 issue of Eurotuner. A client of mine brought a copy to the shop. The funny thing is I never sent the pic and specs (which is full of errors, '99 318i, etc...) and the mag never contacted or sent me the t-shirt... Hopefully its not someone who stole your pics and any stats he could find to get a free T shirt, you should definitely contact them and let them know you didnt send it in. Congrats though, I remember seeing it a while back, my friend really liked it (and he hates anything thats not an 88 VW GLI or a 63 Beetle Ragtop). __________________

I finally got word from Eurotuner Magazine and they can't say who who submitted the pics and specs as it was a while back. The good news is that they are sending me a copy of the issue and a t-shirt, so to whoever it was...

I'm not sure who I was in correspondance with, but they were gracious about the whole thing and didn't hesitate to send me the prize or a copy of the issue. I think I'll take a look at the content of the latest issue at a news stand (although the few issues I have seen basically had a VW theme and we only do BMWs) and may consider buying it for the shop. __________________

So, yesterday I received a copy of the January '08 issue with my prize. I must say the people at the magazine were great. If we can coordinate a time and place with their photographer on the east coast, we'll be doing a shoot for a feature... __________________
