Yea that's what i thought but the diagram isn't way off either. It just shows you where to find the wires and what colors your looking for. Like I said it isn't that hard it took me a while because i wanted to make sure what i was doing.

Awesome Mallard! thanks

My dealer says kit has been discontinued and wiring set can only be ordered in bulk of 25 @ $78 a piece. If anyone has any luck getting the wiring harness please let me know.

I wired factory OEM fogs last year. Got all the parts from BavAuto. Prepare for a fun time installing them.

My question is, can I swap the bulbs to a whiter output? They look yellow compared to my HID's in my headlights. I do not want to spend the money on HID's for my fogs.

Yeah as long as you find some H1 bulbs that are higher temperature. There are companies too that sell bulbs that are supposed to mock your HIDs. For instance i think BavToys sells Xenix (or something) with fog lights if you want them to match HID.

Personally, once I get new headlights and HIDs I'm going to put yellow bulbs in my fogs... which i dont have yet

Unless you want your light set up to be supe bright don't get the fogs in HID. Clay got some and wow are they bright, he doesn't even need his headlights at night since they are so bright.

Yeah i agree. HID in the headlights is good because if you have the ellipsoids theyre designed not to blind people. The foglights aren't. Just need high temp halogens for fogs.
