Hmmm... I'll need a pair of tires soon, so I'll try to weigh the wheels in case I'm remembering the weight incorrectly.

No worries you actually had me second guessing myself. Turns out I was dead on the weight. Doesn't surprise me since I use to have these rims on my Ti before I sold it. Here are some pictures of the rims painted alloy. Ahhh memories

i will be painting them on sunday...then i might put them on cindy lou's 330ci and take them down to the tire store for a little balancing act. then they will be ready for motoring next spring. pictures to follow this weekend.

Yeah do that, then get the 330's rims a put them on the ti. After washing all that brake dust off first of course ha!

the wheels on the 330ci are in need of the sand-blast-o-matic treatment. cindy did her best to keep her car clean while i was away...but the brake dust still managed to collect and make its mark on her wheels.
so yeah, you hit the nail on the head Dave...i'll get on it ASAP. should i paint her wheels black too? i can powder coat them at work...so i might go that route. Stay Tuned!

so this is it...the finished product. i put a few coats of matte clear on them today...turned out looking pretty dang sweet! hope you all approve of the effort.
