Default Bird****

I had a prehistoric alien lifeform **** on my hood today.... Mustta had some acid runs or something cause it burned through my clear coat.. and i sprayed wiped the hell outta it but its still a white sillouette of what used to be... what can i do!?!?

Park it in the shade and let the car cool off.

Then try gentle abrasives like clay bar and car wax first.

If that doesn't help move up to the white Turtlewax rubbing compound.

Last resort is the red Turtlewax rubbing compound.

Visit Autozone or your local equivalent and see what polishes they have.

exact same thing happened to my hood & roof...cleaned it off and it took the CC right off!

haha thanks guys ill give that turtle wax a shot.. god i can like see where it burnt the clear coat. its sickens me. i just washed my car too.. i guess they were vengeful for that new bb gun i just got.... ALright thanks again!

same thing happened to me a few times. once n i didnt realize it n i let it sit on my car for a while. needless to say i was pissed once i finally washed my car. n mine it blk! i will also give the turtle wax a try....

there is nothing you can do.

This happened within 1 month on my new 128. Washed it off within the hour.
still there today.

That sucks.

I had some birdcrap hit my brand new windshield and put 3 chips in it! And my new hood looks like its hail damaged from acorns in the senate parking lot.
