You're right. Looking at the pic, his does appear to be built in. I fixed an oil filter housing leak on my old '95 clubsport and it had a plastic check valve.

i have try 2 take it out, but it sems like itīs in 1 pece..
so i must get the M44 one.

Hmm... my car is are 318TI Compact ī95 er..
this engine i have try the Mocal plate on is my ekstra engine but itīs from are older E30..

so maybe my own engine has this plastik check valve, i wil look on that in the weekendt.

It might, but I wouldn't reuse it: it tends to deform and the o-rings dry so it might not give you a tight oil fit.
