Default H&R Coil Overs

I want to get H&R coilovers for my 98 318ti, my reason for coil overs versus just shocks and springs is the back of my car already sits rather nicely while the front is just too high for my liking. Springs will drop the front as well as the back, maybe too far. With the H&R coil overs I can drop the front
anywhere from 0"-2", and the back0"-2".
Is $1,150 to much to pay for what im getting? Its not a $ issue, I have the cash to play with.
