I felt the need to address this comment as well. We offer free ground shipping on all carpet mats sets, as clearly stated in the original thread. You ordered rubber, all-weather mats. I did say we'd be glad to include the additional part into a shipment with an order for floormats with no shipping cost added - under the assumption that you were ordering carpet mats.

It's pretty clear what went wrong here, so I'm not sure where the confusion is - but please get your facts straight before attempting to make us look dishonest.

Please confirm this information to be accurate so we can all move forward.

I have said what needed to be said, it is obvious that I was promised no shipping charges and I did not get it.

I ordered the switch since free shipping was offered and it was the only reason I ordered it from your dealer.

I'm moving on and this is closed now!

Edit.. I re-opened the thread since Evan@Tischer beleives that I was wrong which I'm not since the mats I ordered where part of the free shipping deal.

The post from Tischer do say "free shipping on carpet sets", I misread the first time as well and skimmed over "carpet sets"... I was looking forward to buying all weather carpets too. =/

Good pricing but shipping cost does kill some of the deal.
