Default replaced headlights

Hello everyone, I just bought the car a few days ago and the headlights I noticed were a bit too foggy possibly for inspection, so I purchased new ones on Ebay. I was surprised to see the new ones don't exactly fit as nice as the old ones. Are there preferred sites or places you get parts for these cars? I got the lights from am-autoparts.

Doesn't the corner light slide into the headlight?

Yes it does, and I did slide it into it. It just seems like it's off too much to me.

I remember there are a few pins that need to line up to get it to sit correctly. Especially the one on the back of the light that fits into a sheet metal tab with a hole in it. Maybe double check it to make sure it all gets lined up? Sometimes the pin on the light breaks off too.

Did you move the adjusting posts when you removed/installed the screw/bolts?

That's what it looks like to me...

Thanks guys, the old one lost its pin and the new one was not oem but does have the pin. It's on there and is secure, works fine. Just not what it looked like originally.

It looks like you missed the bottom track with the signal light?

I just changed my lights today and made that mistake once...

I find it's easier to mount the light (loose) and then slide the corner light on.
